Stephanie is a wonderful person to work with. She has a fine antenna for the common goal and knows how to take steps today that lead to a longer term strategy. She works autonomously and knows the right moment to inform you. She has a internal compass that guides her easily in a chaotic startup environment. She is goal-oriented and dedicated to find out the best strategy to achieve what is needed. She lifts everyone around her with her congenial energy. She helped us a lot with finding and activating the right community, niches and media in SF for us.

Mitchell Friedman, Ed.D., APR

Stephanie is relentless positive and marshals her considerable energy towards producing impressive, tangible benefits for her fellow students committed like she is to furthering the sustainability practices of organizations and causes alike. As a leader, she initiates and organizes activities around green building and international sustainability that raise the bar in terms of what's possible for student leaders and which clearly add enormously to the professional development of her classmates. In short, I have relished the time I have worked with her as a student leader and am confident that her efforts will yield continued success.

Proclamation Goods is preparing for a new manufacturing run of its acclaimed cookware set, the Proclamation Duo, with two additional sizes. To prepare production we are tracking potential customer interest and prioritizing remaining inventory for campaigns to boost our reach and influence. Proclamation's approach to outfitting homes with sustainable goods isn't business as usual. We're aiming to sell the last pan a person will need, and turn that person into a fan who will guide their friends and family in the journey to ditch coated cookware, along with unwitting participation in planned obsolescence. Meanwhile, we are strategizing the customer transition from a kitchen full of excess, underutilized cookware- some of it damaged- to a more streamlined place of enjoyment. We are creating an invitation to participate in the circular economy for durable cookware in partnership with Liquidonate, and we are examining the opportunity for research and story-telling with a collection of damaged PFAS-coated pans with SF Environment. Proclamation Goods has made splash selling its award-winning cookware set online. In 2022, we had the opportunity to convert our workspace in San Francisco into a flagship shop where customers, neighbors, and visitors can learn about our mission to overthrow planned obsolescence and find goods and supplies that will either last forever, or compost. The expanded retail assortment at our shop stands to equip people with everyday needs for the homes and to expand our ability to serve a customer who has already purchased the last pan they'll ever need. At the Proclamation Goods shop, we have the honor of featuring California local makers whose products range from practical and delightful, and often both. We present the opportunity to approach more dinners as dinner parties, celebrating conviviality with handmade beauty. For Spring 2023 we have launched a refill partnership with Grove Collaborative. The shop has a station with neighbors and existing Grove customers can reduce packaging and shipping impacts by refilling their containers at a local shop. To encourage this behavior shift, we are pricing the refills to be less costly than online subscriptions, and aligning a complimentary CSA service with local food businesses. Be on the look out for fun educational events at the Proclamation Goods Shop, such as our new series of Induction Happy Hours, in collaboration with Channing Street Copper Company. Our cookware is Induction compatible and Copper's range is 120-volt compatible. We're excited to showcase the transition to clean energy and durable goods. Show less

      - Design, manufacturing and selling an original bulk shopping product - stay tuned for wholesale opportunities! - Operated a zero waste pop-up shop in Bernal Heights for the 2019-2020 holiday season Handsome SF was a pop up shop created to sell an original product: organic cotton bags designed to make bulk food shopping and home storage easy and delightful. After a launch with the Plastic Free Holiday Market in December 2019, I opened as a booth shop within the former Heartfelt location in Bernal Heights and began selling other brands' zero waste products. I helped customers curate systems and tools for themselves and their loved ones with the purpose of replacing single use plastics and bringing more joy and appreciation to everyday activities. The pop -up shop ceased operations due to Covid-19. Product design and production is ramping up as of winter 2021 with plans to expand to wholesale in 2022. Show less

It was an honor to jump in and assist Replenish Grocer's owner Erika Gliebe as she launched San Francisco's first dedicated refill grocery store in North Beach. I provided documentation systems for training, created guides for POS systems, and consulted on communications strategy and content as well as sourcing and merchandizing. Replenish Grocers is a trailblazing green-certified women-owned business in San Francisco -a neighborhood grocery store that offers a full array of refill goods from bulk foods and spices to personal care and cleaning supplies. Locally grown organic and biodynamic produce all carefully selected for low-impact and reusable packaging, make this grocery shop a destination and a community resource. Replenish also features an amazing selection of durable home goods and to-go products to replace common single-use items, while shining a spotlight on local, women-owned and closed-looped brands. Launching in the fall of 2021 with covid protocols and food safety made paramount was a challenge and also an opportunity to shine - Replenish features a new technology in spice and tea dispensers that eschews the need for scoops, enabling low-touch bulk for sensitive food products. Replenish also offers shoppers the opportunity to re-use store-santized jars, sharing resources within the community in a way that highlights how food and local shopping connects us all. Show less

      - Independently and collaboratively decluttered and organized private homes, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms - Focused on optimizing spaces for frequent and desired activities - Recommended low-waste and plastic free systems and products After working as a home organizer with Neat Method for a year and a half, I began offering my own services through Spesso - a company named after the Italian word for "often". I helped people declutter and optimize spaces in their homes for the activities they do most often, liberating space for focus, mindfulness, and self care. I took note of the items that added up to a lot of the bulk of home clutter, which brought me additional motivation to move upstream to how products and solutions are designed, marketed, and sold to people.
