Once everything was going smoothly, I overviewed the process and interfered only if necessary. - Planning and maintaining the product roadmap, follow-up of KPIs, working directly with our CEO - Collaborating with UX designer (and coordinating between him and the dev team) - Choosing and setting up sales and marketing tools for client services/support and emailing campaigns - Managing our sales representative - Crafting and sending out emailing campaigns: marketing, onboarding, promotional. - Financial planning to some extent - Together with the team, we increased NouMa's traffic drastically, from 3k sessions per month in September 2017 to hitting the 100k/month milestone in March 2022. - Sales went from 0 to 15k€ of MRR, taking us close to reaching financial balance.
