I worked with Stephanie during my time at the Kimberly-Clark Conway Plant. As the Lean Manager, I had a personal objective with my Plant Manager to update the corporate "face" of Conway. My objective was to plan or find noteworthy events at Conway and make sure they received corporate-level recognition. Stephanie was instrumental in my pursuit of good stories about people and their impact on the organization. Working with Stephanie, I was able to promote over 8 articles from Conway to the corporate news page that is distributed to over 30,000 employees globally. In addition, Stephanie introduced me to many other contacts such as those working in social media and training & development. Being an engineer by training and a manager by profession, I was very pleased with Stephanie's ability to help me focus my writing, and the contributions of others in the plant. I did not want to be to sensationalist, and Stephanie helped me to understand how to promote corporate cultural values through good communication. In 2013, inspired by the corporate news channel, Conway Plant created over 150 original communication articles, of which 4 were escalated to the corporate level.

I worked with Stephanie for 2 years. Our professional relationship was one of great importance to me. Stephanie helped me do my job better with her caring guidance and by challenging me to set my sights high. I feel like I grew tremendously as a result of working with Stephanie. She was someone I found very easy to build a positive-working relationship with as she was always willing to speak candidly about what she was feeling. The beauty of her candor was that it always came from her heart and it inspired me to work harder and do better. She is a true professional, someone who consistently performs at a high level and a shining example of unselfishness with her willingmess to help others do the same.
