As a volunteer, then board member, and now board chair of The Samburu Project, I have worked with Stephanie for the better part of five years. As is often the case with a small organization, we have both worn many hats and worked closely on a number of in-house projects together such as; the designing of promotional photo books, notecards and calendars, as well as organizing large and small fundraising events; from cocktail parties for 50 guests to our annual Walk for Water and Splash Bash which were events for 300 plus guests/participants. Stephanie possess outstanding organizational skills and has the ability to lead a team and instill confidence. Her communication skills enable her to deal with challenging situations with ease and her diplomatic skills in dealing with board members are impeccable. I have witnessed her organize a team of 30-40 volunteers for our Walk for Water with military precision and demonstrated grace under pressure when challenges arise. She is able to take an idea, do the research, determined the best solution and run with it. She is a motivated, self starter and a true team player in every sense of the word. She goes above and beyond and always gives 110% to any task. I have come to believe there is nothing Stephanie can't handle with grace and ease. She exhibits the highest level of professionalism and personal integrity. Stephanie is an asset to any team and a pleasure to work with.
