Stephanie Wickliffe was my assigned Direct Manager (direct report was a National Training Manager) while I was in the National Sears training program. She shared her deep knowledge of merchandising, staff management, inventory management and Business Unit financial contribution of her Sears division. She was readily available to me for any direction I needed. She is a warm,outgoing and competent team player. She had been a National Sears trainee, as well, prior to me joining the team and she was a wonderful support and professional network for me as I was 5 hours from home, fresh out of college and eager to learn from the best. Her warmth and professionalism left an amazing positive impression on my new career choice and my future pursuits of sales. I currently work as a Senior Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Merck and Co, Inc. and I attribute many of my skills to those influences in my early training.
