Steffi did an amazing job in Syneos from day 1. Even if the pandemic prevented Steffi to travel to Europe, she shown flexibility and professionalism to smoothly work with our German colleagues from overseas. In a very short period of time Steffi was already working independently and becoming very knowledgeable of the HR Ops processes with minimum training.
