Selected as Site Coordinator for Aldine ISD’s Inaugural Primary Summer Camp at Magrill EC/PK/K School which also housed students from Jones EC/PK/K School. Recruited, interviewed, and selected 18 Highly Effective (as identified by Aldine ISD’s INVEST teacher appraisal system) teachers, paraprofessionals, and high schoolers to work as a team to provide a world class summer camp experience to the community. Served students (and made curriculum & behavioral accommodations when necessary) in the following populations: G/T, BIL, ESL, SPED, PK, K. Worked with the transportation department and parents to ensure proper transportation of students; cafeteria manager & SLSS administrator to coordinate breakfast and lunch procedures.
