The Lucy Mentoring Program
-
May 2016 - Oct 2016
Through a partnership between Western Sydney University and The University of Sydney, I was chosen to participate in The Lucy Mentoring Program. The Lucy Mentoring Program connects undergraduate women studying business, law, finance, and accounting to women in senior management positions in a mentor and mentee style relationship. I was placed at Stockland headquarters in Sydney CBD where I was fortunate enough to be co-mentored by Pennie Teh (General Manager, Group Risk) and Athlene Piech (Senior Manager, Residential). Through this opportunity I was able to shadow both Pennie and Athlene and attend various team and organisational events. Show less
