  Administrative duties, front desk duties, greeting customers and potential venders, and helping out the Engineers with projects. Engineering projects can consist of typing, creating Bill of Materials or BOMs, creating part numbers for the BOMs, and assisting them in anyway that I can. I also coordinate UPS shipments that can be shipped all over the world. Helping the office manager with their projects/duties, ordering office supplies. I also help out our purchasing department with documenting how much each part cost, filling in the purchase order number(provided by purchasing) and adding the dates it was ordered and the dates they should arrive.
