• Provide multi-systemic family therapy to families in the community and targeted support to young people, 11 to 17 years old, at risk of coming into care and/or of receiving a custodial sentence as part of the criminal justice system.• Deliver comprehensive Multi Systemic Therapy (MST) interventions which address the behaviour of individual young people (i.e. family conflict, substance misuse, curfew and peer groups) and participate in the 24/7 on -call schedule to provide support to families• In addition to family therapy, deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to families• Caseload of up to 5 families (sessions held three times per week) and work under the close supervision and instruction of the MST Supervisor to ensure adherence to the MST treatment model• Attend and participate in service related meetings (i.e. Child Protection Conferences, school meetings, youth offending meetings) as required and work in partnership with other disciplines and maintain links with statutory and primary care agencies • Provide information and maintain reporting systems within strict timescales in order to identify progress and urgency of cases and to prevent breakdown/mitigate on going risks. • Engage families who have complex issues where the young people may be challenging and aggressive • Prepare weekly paperwork for weekly supervision and consultation with team members, Supervisor and MST Consultant
