Must be able to identify tick habitat preferred by various species and different life stages, correctly identify tick species, understand the disease carried by each species, and analyze results from testing of the ticks collected. 3. Reviews NPDES permit applications, conducts routine inspections of permitted sites, responds to and investigates complaints regarding earthmoving activities, coordinates enforcement activities with supervisor when needed, prepares and submits monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the State, supervisor, and the District Board as required.
