Reviews NPDES permit applications, conducts routine inspections of permitted sites, responds to and investigates complaints regarding earthmoving activities, coordinates enforcement activities with supervisor when needed, prepares and submits monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the State, supervisor, and the District Board as required.
