Stephanie is one of the most highly skilled, sensitive, generous, and charismatic colleagues I’ve worked with and she taught me an incredible amount in our years together. Steph is an amazing, rare blend of team leader/manager: She is unafraid to take risks, inspire her team to rise to a new challenge and lead from the front. She is also skilled and confident enough to take a back seat and watch one of her PMs step into the spotlight on their own. Project Managers are the fire fighters of an Agency and Stephanie has never backed away from a fire -- and her team is always right there behind her. Thank you for always having my back, Steph. I’m excited to see what you tackle next and jealous of everyone who gets to work with you in the future.
