  Oversee the recruiting process of participants for market research projects. Develop and conduct comprehensive internal training sessions. Train 10-20 recruiters monthly while managing active employees. Supervises a total of 25-30 employees in the day shifts or during the night and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Understanding the recruitment process of market research studies and made sure they were recruited correctly and on time. Create spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel that are presented to clients. Email correspondence from clients regarding their project's progress. Maintain company database. I work very closely with our Director of Operations and Project Manager's to ensure policies are being followed and our projects are being recruited. Monitor employees’ activities and conduct regular performance evaluations. Lead daily meetings to discuss productivity and strategies to help meet client needs. Evaluate recruiters skill-sets and place them appropriately. Maintain excellent customer service skills with clients and consumers. Communicate pertinent information to staff regarding client requests and consumer targeting action plans. Show less
