As the bartender (as well as the Supervisor) I am in charge of making sure the bar functions seamlessly. I am in charge of liquor inventory and ordering, bar set up with all liquor, wines, garnishes, polished glasses, etc. During meal service, I am in charge of fulfilling all liquor, wine and beer requests for the dining room and bar, as well as serve them their meals.
