I worked with Stephanie for the first time back in 1995 while at Keane. What always set her apart from other recruiters was how quickly she would grasp your needs by simply listening to your requirements and then being sure the fit was right. She has always been honest and forthright with both her clients and potential candidate. Her integrity, perseverance and track record, later caused me to seek her service out as a candidate for placement with one of her clients. Once she placed an individual it didn’t end there. She was careful to follow-up to see that the placement was good for both client and candidate. This attention to her customers shows why she can retain clients and have candidates return to her again and again.
