  I assist the head coach with daily tasks such as organizing team activities, practice schedules and player information. I will work with the defense on developing a sound fundamental base so that the team can compete at a high level. I will help in recruiting, instructing at camps and student-athlete development.   Worked with K-8th grade boys and girls on the basic fundamental and principles of baseball and softball. I led both offensive and defensive stations in which young athletes broke down the skills of the game and began to improve their skill set. I fostered a competitive learning environment where boys and girls were challenged by innovative drills and competitions in which they had to adapt and evolve in order to better themselves as ball players.
