  Data Entry technician. I open the pharmacy with the pharmacist in the morning, enter all new fax's and e-scripts from the night before and continue throughout the day. I call on transfers from outside pharmacies, make sure the Adjudication claims are processed and if there are any problems i contact the Insurance companies and/or the patient to resolve any issues to get the claims to go through. I answer inbound phone calls from patients and doctors offices, while documenting all conversations in our software system. I also work in the fill room, fill upwards of 300 scripts a day into bubble packs also use and maintain fill machines. Will also fill in for narcotic room techs when needed. Show less
