My initial interaction with Stephanie took place approx. 12 years ago, when Stephanie was one of Optus' Mobile Product Development Managers working closely with other stakeholders within the business to understand our requirements for new products and developments. This was followed by a series of high visibility projects as part of our Digital Transformation strategy with Stephanie taking responsibility for acting as a liaison between the business and the technical teams to facilitate our transition to new platforms and business support systems. Steph did an excellent job in this position, always willing to offer her assistance to both internal and external stakeholders and at the same time building excellent rapports with all parties impacted by specific projects. During this time, Steph played a crucial role in driving our transformation strategy, identifying risks and issues together with the corresponding mitigation plans. I would highly recommend Steph as a product expert, excellent communicator and influencer at senior levels.
