  As an Asset Manager at Covenant Capital Group Stephanie is responsible for a portfolio of assets which that are under renovation or just coming out of the renovation phase. Included in this management is performance analysis, rebranding of the properties including landscape enhancements and name/image change to increase curb appeal and monitoring the asset to the Business Plan. She assists in due diligence of new assets and the development of the overall plan for each new property. Stephanie works directly with the Asset Management team as well as the Renovation Team.
