Monitored and reported findings; planned and implemented new programming based on findings. • Liaised on behalf of Family Centered Care Services with individuals who create health data collection systems for grantees; liaised with external team members who also manage and clean health data and conduct statistical analyses. • Conceptualized and operationalized evidence-based questions and measures to assess these health services questions; reviewed and created tools to collect health data (e.g., surveys, audits).
