  I am currently delivering a 13 week trainee ship based at a logistic company.I am working with 19-24 year olds, with a learning disability, learning difficultly and/or Autism to gain paid employment in the workplace.Throughout the trainee ship I am delivering Work preparation, Maths and English session, as well as supporting them in the work place to learn the skills they need to gain paid employment.
