  During my tenure, I developed and implemented strategic metrics so that I could evaluate programs, assess and monitor organizational performance, and utilize plans to ensure financial sustainability of a $2M+ budget. That entailed that I allocated cost-effective resources and identified new expansion and income opportunities with the aim of taking the institution to the next level. Lastly, I coordinated with the Board of Directors and the Associate Head to realize fundraising initiatives, drive organizational excellence, and enforce process as per legal, industry, and safety standards. Some of my major accomplishments include, but are not limited to: ★ Successfully spearheading a Master Planning initiative of the 14+ acre that resulted in multiple new garden spaces. ★ Reviewing all organizational constituencies and increasing related percentages of annual associated funds when necessary. ★ Directing a visual rebranding initiative that streamlined and generated two new specialized logos reflecting the organizational mission. ★ Saving thousands of dollars annually following the design and implementation of the Bring Your Own Device initiative. ★ Improving internal and external communication by implementing novel communication initiatives. ★ Employing the UbD framework to comprehensively revise a curricular process. ★ Utilizing expertise to enhance faculty and staff professional development in areas such as educational technology (2016), mindfulness (2017), and executive function (2019). ★ Boosting enrollment, enhancing marketing principles, and producing marketing materials for a productive revision initiative that focused on the creation of a Portrait of a Countryside Graduate. ★ Increasing peer-to-peer mentoring, collaboration, and growth-mindset by developing teacher observation, coaching, and an evaluation process for all materials.   While working for this company, I collaborated with several personnel to plan, develop, and execute 1-3-day workshops that were focused on the usage of iPads in the classroom.
