It is with great pleasure that I'd like to recommend Stephanie as a top notch recruitment expert and a true partner to businesses she works with. I have witnessed her handling a very critical global niche assignment for a demanding European client in Switzerland with a high integrity and trustworthiness. From the very inception of the assignment Stephanie demonstrated an "up-to-the-point, no-nonsense" approach - something you come across not too often in the world of search and selection these days, based on my experiences with numerous recruitment services providers. Let me put it very simple: Stephanie was the first recruiter in many years who managed to convince me consider an opportunity outside of Super-Max. Trust me, that was one hell of an exercise :-) Stephanie had a very tight grip on the assignment at all times and throughout all the stages - from the candidates' identification and initial interviews (and need I not mention her interviewing skills!) to maneuvering through the client's extremely complicated and bureaucratic system of tight schedules, telephone and on-site interviews, and follow up calls. On top of handling all the technicalities of the process efficiently, Stephanie demonstrated another very valuable quality: she was not a sales person just like the vast majority of recruiters out there. On the contrary, Stephanie acted as a business partner to her client at all times representing their employer brand just as if she was an integral part of that organization.
