In our busy professional and personal lives, losing sight of the teammates contributing to your success is easy. I don't want to let that be the case here, so I am writing this recommendation for Stephanie. Stephanie supported ServiceNow's Now on Now program. I led the ITOM and co-led the ITSM topics by speaking to customers about how ServiceNow uses its products to run its business: a.k.a drink our champagne. The demand and expectations are high, and Stephanie directly contributed to the program's success every day. She brought a high degree of professionalism and patience no matter how busy or stressful the workload was. She exhibited very high-quality organizational and communication skills, which created a positive experience and outcome for both Servi ceNow and our customers. Stephanie will be an asset to any team and organization needing an operations and program management professional. I would hire her in a heartbeat.
