This role saw myself working even more closely with the Univeristy of Dundee external relations teams as well as continued work with the Admissions and Applicant Experience teams. In this role, I held more administrative roles such as assisting in the training of other student ambassadors, leading more independent campus tour groups and also being upfront with the move to online tours and talks especially working behind the scenes to ensure smooth running of program talks.

My main role was to be a guide and helpful voice for prospective students from those transitioning to life on campus to those considering joining the university. I informed them of the many different study programs, the Univeristy of Dundee offered, student life talks and variations opportunities to obtain skills and leadership roles by joining sports teams as well as societies.

This role saw myself being the first point of contact for students within the society, who required assistance. From mental health support to financial support, I was the bridge between them and the many help services the university offers. My role was important as students felt comfortable to approach me for help and advice, and it was easier when they saw someone who looked like them, in this role.
