As a Night Auditor my responsibilities were to check in guests as well as check them out through our OPERA system. Answering the phones to help with guests complaints, update reservations, as well as make reservations for guests. I handled all situations that occurred throughout the night to ensure that our guests had a great experience and catered to all their needs no matter the time of night. I rolled over the date every night for the hotel to ensure that the hotel was up to date for the morning shift and sent out all reports to the corporate. As a front desk agent I was in charge of checking in our guests, updating housekeeping on dirty rooms, making reservations, and updated reservations. I answered the phone to answer any guests' concerns or questions. I catered to all the guests' needs that we had as well as resolved any conflict that a guest may bring to me. Show less

Specifically worked in the Café 500 in Ocean Casino Resort. I greeted and acknowledge guests and seat patrons by escorting them to assigned tables, communicating delays. Answering questions in person, as well as answering the phone for any additional questions from guests. Addressed guests requests and complaints, and escalated major complaints to the manager. Consisted of daily teamwork between the waiters/waitresses and me as well as thinking skills in order to make sure each employee got a certain amount of tables each day. Show less

I would greet guests at the check- in center, escort them to their assigned seat. I would answer any question the guest may have about the event, or any future event. Stand and inspect the location to make sure everything was running smoothly throughout the event. Made sure that every guest was satisfied with the show and helped escort the traffic once the show ended. I would greet guests at the check- in center, escort them to their assigned seat.
