Stephanie is the Assistant Vice President of IA Operations at St. Joseph's College. She supervises and monitors the day to day aspects of the IA Services and Operations. Responsibilities include; monitoring the day to day functions of the prospect management team, budgets, reporting, gift processing and acknowledgement, and overall database maintenance. Stephanie is the office liaison with the business office, College’s internal and external auditors, and financial aid.Stephanie's responsibilities are but not limited to:• Supervise, implement, and coordinate projects with the members of the IA Services and Operations team on a daily basis.• Develop and recommend ways to improve policies and procedures in regard to prospect management, gift recording and reporting, scholarship process, budgets, and database management to the VPIA and members of the senior staff. • Responsible for all the day to day budget activities including approvals, tracking, and auditing. • Analyze prior year budgets and spending and based on the information, produce and prepare budgets every two years for the IA and Marketing and Communications offices. • Create, analyze and prepare monthly IA fundraising comparison reports and reconciliations• Manage and track over 250 funds in the Raiser’s Edge System. • Compile, prepare, and review all donor and report lists for the annual President’s Report.• Track, monitor, analyze, and prepare monthly metrics and proposal reports for the prospect management meetings. • Track and monitor all scholarship activity throughout the year. • Work with database manager to assess way to improve work flow, general database maintenance, and policies and processes. • IA facilitator for the College wide WEAVE assessment program, responsible for attending meetings, providing support to IA staff, compiling, reviewing, and inputting information into the system.
