Instructor focuses specifically on teaching the arbitrariness of academic codes, and creates assignments and activities that ask students to negotiate their own identities within larger ideological frameworks. EN 102: English Composition II 100 level course designed for undergraduate students to focus on persuasive writing and rhetorical awareness. Students focus on persuasive papers, utilize various methods for argumentation, and respond to articles and essays. EN 207: World Literature I 200 level course designed for undergraduate students after completion of EN101 and 102. Survey of World Literature from ancient texts to the Renaissance. EN 208: World Literature II200 level course designed for undergraduate students after completion of EN101 and 102. Survey of World Literature from the Renaissance to modern day.
