I've had the great pleasure of collaborating with Stephanie since the spring of 2019. She has worked as a consultant and a volunteer for Boundless Landscapes (boundlesslandscapes.com), a micro-farm program in Boulder, Colorado. Stephanie's skills are varied and we've engaged her to help with program design and management, including managing a weekly youth-run farmstand, where teen apprentices developed entrepreneurial, environmental stewardship, and customer service skills. Stephanie is thoughtful, strategic, and easy to work with. Her background in environmental education, agriculture, program management, and program design have all been great assets as we work to build our entrepreneurial venture. We look forward to continuing to work with Stephanie in the months (and hopefully years) ahead.

Stephanie and I worked together doing our time served on the Rio Grande Community Farm Board. Stephanie is a passionate environmentalist, skilled leader, and wonderful teacher for kids and adults alike. She is a thoughtful listener and respectful communicator - always taking the opinions and feelings of others in to consideration. She was instrumental in helping to implement and/or sustain numerous activities and programs that supported the Farm, including fundraising events, donor acquisition and management, farm tours, community garden management, farm to school logistics, community education, metrics, marketing, and more. Metrics was a key project during our time on the Board - we were working on developing ways to measure the impact of the farm on the community and the environment - all of which was important in the development of our 2011 Annual Report. Stephanie was instrumental in helping to develop the Summer Farm camp, specialized farm tours, Music at the Farm 2011, and Dinner in the Field (the large fundraising event of that year). Stephanie is a well-rounded, respectful and caring professional who can work independently or in a team setting. She would be an amazing addition to anyone's team.
