      I was the Administrative Assistant in a rehab office. I schedule clients with their counselors. I also schedule one of our counselors in the schools. We will see a child at school if their parent can't bring them . So I work with several outside agency's on a weekly basis to make those appointments happen. I am also the first point of contact for our clients I do all of the initial paperwork. I make sure they have their next appointment or questionnaires they may need before they see their counselor. I am in charge of the client charts. From opening them when they become a client to breaking them down once they have been discharged. Also maintain our open charts by filing in them daily. Archive is a task that we do once a year. We take our old charts from about a year ago and send them off to another storage facility to hold them there for about 6 more years. Also work with a 4 line phone system. Take messages and send the calls to the appropriate person. Also prepare billing that is send to our central region office on a weekly basis.
