  I am currently working as a Youth Advocate as part of the Youth Advocate Programme. My role involves empowering young people with a wrap around service. In order to provide a high level of care I aspire to create and implement learning and development plans for the benefit of the youth as well as providing emotional assistance and coaching. I also ensure that I am providing learning opportunities for personal development to help assist the youth to the best of my abilities. I also attempt to create social awareness within the child by completing activities as well as listening, interacting and providing overall support for the youth.
