During our time together, she made an applause-worthy increase in revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand standards. As with any great leader, it’s imperative that a GM do more than just manage. Organizes meeting upon request, including coordinating room reservations, food requests, and notifying participants when appropriate. Assists staff by correcting timecards with missed swipe-in/swipe-out times. Ensures that all time on Kronos Time and Attendance System for employees directly to Administrative Director is accurate, reconciled, and forwarded to payroll in a timely manner. Maintains agenda for Nursing Department and tickler files for follow up.Establishes and maintains filing system for correspondence and nursing administrative documents and materials Prioritizes workload to complete correspondence and documents in a timely manner by established deadlines.
