I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Bondoc from 2019-2020 when I served as Regional Vice President Sales for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Stephanie was Director of Sales for Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village, a hotel within my region at that time. The hotel was in its pre-opening phase when we began working together and continued through the hotel’s opening and thereafter. There are numerous tasks and high pressure involved in a hotel’s pre-opening phase and its infancy, but Stephanie stayed calm, collected, and focused. Stephanie is a high-performing and tenacious Sales Leader. She is hard-working and diligent. She balances this out with outstanding relationship building skills which she applies to customers, peers, direct reports, and upper management.
