When I began with this Brokerage firm, I was very blessed as a new Agent to learn from one of the most successful Brokers in the business, Diane Sanders. I learned so much about Coldwell Banker and Real Estate from her that I still to this day remember her advice, and will always carry her information she shared with me in this business. My duties there were answering phones, setting up appointments, pre- qualifying potential buyers, showing customers, clients homes for sale or rent, listing homes to sale, locating properties and selling them to Investors, First Time Home Buyers, and clients Second homes. This was the company where I learned everything needed to become a successful Agent.
