I worked together with Stephanie in leadership team of IBM's Blue Core Coaching program. We managed to launch one edition of the program with over 800 IBMers graduating at the end. It was all pleasure working with her. Stephanie is reliable, creative and solution focused. She managed to jump very quickly into a cohort facilitator role. And made it in remarkable way. Great coach with amazing skills of active listening. I hope we'll meet in some other coaching experience soon.
