"Awesome colleague and mentor" is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Stephanie. Stephanie expertly filled the role of marketing manager for our newly created company for about 9 months. I was impressed by her ability to see and address everything from the big picture to the details. Additionally, I could always turn to her for advice and support on difficult projects. It was a great pleasure working with her. Oh, and she perfectly planned an exceptional launch party.

Stephanie was a self-sufficient team member and always produced high-quality work. She was able to help us increase our efficiency by introducing new business tools and systems, which was incredibly helpful for our overall productivity. As a manager, I'm truly proud to have worked with such an excellent team member. She had such a relaxed and open attitude, which made it easy for her to form great relationships with the team and create a great office environment.

My responsibilities at Energy Recovery covered a wide range of marketing initiatives as the marketing department helped drive brand awareness in a new industry. Our team worked to catapult the company into its new phase as an oil and gas company, creating a new product category in the industry with the company's game-changing technology. Some of my day-to-day activities included: - Collateral development (case studies, white papers, videos, animations, presentations, etc). - Website maintenance and redesign (worked with Drupal and moved over to WordPress for the redesign). - Corporate blog management/writing. - Brand management and brand refresh project. - Global event management (event research and selection, shipping and logistics, booth construction, hospitality suite and customer event planning, booth design, event advertising and sponsorship management, onsite support, etc). - Email marketing (used MailChimp, then moved over to Marketo). - Social media management (channels included Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). - Ad development (creative assets, messaging, ad space selection). - Internal communications (office branding projects). - Investor relations and departmental administrative support.
