One of my teachers was struggling, and we sent him to attend the CELTA training program that Stephanie directed out of Seattle. When he came back to our school a few weeks later, he was a completely different teacher. He was professional, knowledgeable, and confident. Not only did he get some of the highest survey scores from students, but he also went on to become the Academic Director of that school, and then the Center Director, running all operations. It was a true testament to the strength of Stephanie’s training background, skills, and experiences.
