Steve Warren

Steff really took the time to understand our business and user needs before carrying out a thorough UX and content review as a central part of our website redesign. She gave us lots of excellent, practical ideas for improvements and we’ll be using her again in the projects we've planned for the future.

Angela Jackson

Having worked with Steff in the same product team as a Product Designer and Content Designer pairing, I can say that Steff is great to partner with, particularly in terms of sharing ideas and being able to ideate together. Steff is always incredibly customer focused and very methodical in her approach to discovering and defining a solution to improve the experience for them. Working with her helped me be a better designer in terms of thinking about different options and seeing things more from a content first point of view. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steff to anyone in future!
