  With the help of 10 committed collaborators constituting the Department of Education and Student Affairs, we are managing the complete student cycle from admission to graduation. My teams manage two bachelors and seven masters programs, for a total of over 2500 students and 400 courses. We are digitalizing and optimizing our work processes and constantly striving for a goodwill culture.   ­­The Swiss Center of Expertise in Life Course Research LIVES is a prestigious research center involving over 200 researchers distributed across 5 universities and 4 applied universities.
