The Exeter Case & Consulting Initiative (ECC) is a new interest group that caters to students curious about business case studies or a career in consulting. As Head of Operations for Enactus Exeter, I ensure that the strategical vision of the organisation is effectively, efficiently and creatively implemented. My responsibilities include: - Ensuring smooth communication between Head of Marketing, Head of Human Resources, Head of Projects, Corporate Fundraising Director, Corporate Relations Executive, Head of Finance and the President - Co-ordinating the committee to have group or individual meetings to ensure day-to-day, weekly and monthly tasks are in line with the Enactus Exeter vision - Meeting with university staff, university professors and business professionals to support all of our endeavours - Applying for grants to fund our organisation in order to distribute it to our social projects, team development and transportation - Discussing with the committee to brainstorm, implement, review and improve new ideas that serve to push our goals towards our vision - Recruiting new personnel for vacant positions - Acting as a mentor to committee and members - Acting as the ambassadors of our organisation for any events Specialties: - Creative learner who tests our different ideas and tools in order to find out what is most effective for myself and for the team. - Reverse engineer the conventional idea into something new to create new opportunities. - Borrow different strategies from great leaders such as Sun Tzu and Zhuge Liang in order to self-develop and implement in the most effective, efficient and innovative way. - Delivers charismatic presentation to professionals and to motivate the team Show less
