It is very rare to find someone that you can both connect with on a personal level and a professional level to a point where you complete each other's sentences. Stephane is that to me, he helped me in re-enforce assumptions, challenged me when needed and was not afraid to say "you are wrong" when needed, he is a strategic thinker but also amazing at executing the strategy, thinks big picture but is also able to get down to details and most importantly he is someone I will happily get stuck in an airport with as he is an amazing person and will be a great addition to any company both professionally and from a culture perspective.
