I worked with Stephane at Cox Automotive. We worked together to create the Digital Retailing market for the US automotive retail industry. Selling cars online was a new and sometimes daunting proposition for automotive retailers and car dealership management teams. Stephane's ability to simplify this change for our clients and make it approachable and financially attractive was instrumental to the growth of our business. And, his extensive network of relationships in automotive made his impact even greater.

I worked side by side with Stephane as we (along with our broader team) built Flexdrive into a nationally recognized subscription technology platform. We started with one customer and grew the business to over a dozen commercial accounts and tens of thousands of consumers/subscribers before our owners sold the business to Lyft. I love working with Stephane for three reasons: he tells the truth, gets stuff done, and is a pleasure to be around in the office, on the road, etc. Stephane might tell you his relationships are his most valuable asset. But I would add that his character... integrity, genuine curiosity, and impressive positive energy are what makes him a great leader who inspires others to exhibit the same character traits while striving to win.
