Jeanne-Marie Daly

Steve was the manager on my team responsible for information systems including several data marts and the Master Reference Data Repository (MRDR - Accenture's financial, HR and other master reference data repository). Steve is a strategic, big picture thinker which uniquely qualified him to lead the effort to define, deploy and grow the Accenture master reference data repository. Through his leadership, we successfully integrated finance, HR and other Accenture master data. Steve was also a contributor to the definition of data and integration governance implemented within Accenture's internal IT. Steve is a very strong manager with much experience throughout the software development lifecycle. He also has experience doing product management and working closely with business partners to further the enterprise data strategy. Likewise, Steve has experience running an IT operations global team with members in several locations (Manila, Madrid, and Chicago). Steve has great executive presence and excellent interpersonal and communications skills. I would welcome the opportunity to have Steve back on my leadership team.
