  Voor een periode van bijna een jaar was ik betrokken bij het project 'Cognitie in het Dagelijks Leven' binnen het Expertisecentrum Hersenletsel Limburg wat verbonden is aan de Universiteit Maastricht. Ik hielp mee aan de ontwikkeling van een nieuw meetinstrument voor mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel die beoogt om cognitie in het dagelijks leven te brengen.
