Stephan worked for me in 2018/19 in his role as Head of International Business & Partner Enablement where he led a team of solution consultants representing the full range of abas Software, a suite of ERP and related technology solutions. Stephan's previous experience as an abas project manager and General Manager of abas' Middle East operations allowed him to form a strong enablement function that supported our 40 national and international reseller and integration partners successfully. Stephan went for 2 years to Dubai and established our branch in the Middle East. This was totally new territory and nobody knew, what surprises will pop up. And there were lots of! He had to fight against obstacles to establish this branch, and I really don't envy him for that job. Besides the temperature he must have feeling like Amundsen exploring the north pole. But he did it marvellous and finally succeeded. God job, and I really appreciate to have him on board and to cooperate with him.
