  My years with Canlan Ice Sports were filled with creating new skating and on ice programs. Running leagues and hosting on ice clinics. One program that I am extremely proud of is the integration of Skating, as part of the Grade 3 curriculum at schools in the Langely Area.   I had the pleasure of working with a multitude of Athletes from beginner to Pro. These included Hockey and Ringette Players and teams. I hosted private, one on one training as well as Skating Schools and Team sessions. I specialized in edge work and body control leading skaters to optimize their speed and control on the ice.   While finishing University I began to work at the Langley Figure Skating Club as both a Private Figure Skating Coach, training skaters from 6-17. I was also a Club Coach within the CanSkate Program and was the Director of the CanPowerSkate Program, growing it from the ground up. Direction, Costume Design, Music and Choreography were all areas I was involved with in the Annual Ice Show Production. While finishing University I began to work at the Langley Figure Skating Club as both a Private Figure Skating Coach, training skaters from 6-17. I was also a Club Coach within the CanSkate Program and was the Director of the CanPowerSkate Program, growing it from the ground up.   At 18 years old I began my professional Coaching Career. I was self employed, being hired by various parents, teaching a wide array of figure skaters aged 6-16. I was also employed by the Point Edward Skating Club as a Club Coach where I was responsible for running the Pre-School Learn to Skate Program, as well as coaching in the CanSkate and CanFigureSkate Programs. I had responsibilities in Producing the Annual Ice Show. It was during this time that I began my training in Power Skating. At 18 years old I began my professional Coaching Career.
