I work in mostly high behaviour houses with young adults. I support our clients in learning life skills and creating skill development plans. I support our clients to increase their independence. I was in an 'Acting Team Leader' position for approximately 6 months in our Supported Accommodation area in 2013-2014 and enjoyed this experience greatly.
