Steph is great to work with. She's a go getter, but has the client's needs in mind when she go gets. Working with her it's clear that the customer relationship, and results for the customer. is as important - maybe more - than just getting the sale. Her background in marketing and sales helps her see the client side of the fence, and her experience and desire to work towards a win-win brings dividends for the client and, I expect, Fairfax/stuff as well.
