Stela is a communicative, hard-working and intelligent person. When I first met Stela in the working environment, I was amazed at how one can know about sales internal kitchen so much: nuances and practices of cold-calling, objection handling, mailouts, etc. This is due to her will to dig into details, which provides a deep knowledge of the processes. Another strong point is her attitude toward doing the job well. I would not say, that she is a perfectionist, I'd rather call her "efficieonist". She does her best even with short notice and a lack of time.
