Agile Coach / Prosjektleder

I Hydro Energi har jeg hatt en todelt rolle. I rollen som prosjektleder har jeg fulgt opp en portefølje av små og mellomstore prosjekter som hver for seg skulle levere funksjonalitet til linjen og i sum bygge grunnlaget for en fremtidig digitaliseringsplattform. Samtidig har jeg vært Scrum Master for noen av prosjektene. I rollen som Agile Coach har jeg bistått i innføring av Scrum som metode, kompetansebygging for produkteiere i sin rolle og i bruk av User Stories, og jeg har vært rådgiver i spørsmål om DevOps. Prosjektene er levert på Microsoft Azure med utstrakt bruk av teknologier fra Databricks. As a consultant in Greenbird, my first assignment as a Project Manager was to lead a project implementing a new metering system, EnergyIP from Siemens eMeter, and subsequent upgrades and adaptations to Elhub. EnergyIP has replaced existing measurement value system and handles requirements and current regulations. It is integrated with existing CIS and head-end systems. As a project manager on the customer side, I have been responsible for planning, scoping, workshops, vendor management, contract management and overlooking the implementation and test phases of the project. As part of an architecture team from Greenbird, I participated in a project where we developed technical enterprise architecture together with MAIK's executive team. We used NAF (NATO Architecture Framework) and also made an action plan with priorities, concrete measures and cost-benefit analyzes. We identified potential for new service areas and opportunities resulting from the new enterprise architecture.
